This is a new 80 unit apartment complex located on the west sine of Fairfield.  The complex was constructed in 2002-2003.

We purchased this beautiful complex in April, 2004.  As new owners we encourage all newcomers and current residents to stop out and view the improvements to this complex.  We have many new units available to rent, since we have completed the final phase of this community.

These apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood, but with easy access to shopping and downtown Fairfield.
